By accessing or using the Verum Health platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Verum Health is a telehealth-adjacent platform that connects patients with licensed medical professionals for the purpose of prescription issuance for compounded peptide protocols. Verum Health is not a pharmacy. All protocols are dispensed by our Licensed 503A compounding pharmacy — Texas-based, licensed in 34 states.
Content on this platform, including protocol descriptions and educational articles, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The physician consultation process is the mechanism through which clinical decisions are made. Do not use website content as a substitute for professional medical advice.
All protocols available through Verum Health require a valid prescription issued by a licensed physician. No protocol is dispensed without a prescription. The prescription process is initiated through the intake and consultation flow described on the platform.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. You must be located in a jurisdiction where our services are available. Availability varies by state and is subject to change.
Outcome language on this platform reflects what has been observed in clinical settings. Individual outcomes may differ. We do not guarantee results. All outcome claims use FTC-compliant language: "may support," "in clinical settings has been associated with," "results vary," and "individual outcomes may differ."
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the physician review has been initiated. Dispensed protocol orders are non-returnable due to the prescription pharmaceutical nature of the products. Orders not yet dispensed may be cancelled by contacting support at the earliest opportunity.
[To be drafted by legal counsel.] Verum Health's liability in connection with any protocol or service is limited to the amount paid for that protocol or service.
[State to be determined by legal counsel.] These terms are governed by the laws of [State].
