This page explains the privacy choices available to you regarding how Verum Health collects, uses, and shares your personal information. These rights vary by state. We honor all valid requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
To submit a request or exercise any right described on this page, email legal@verumhealthmed.com with your full name, state of residence, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
Once you submit your opt-out request, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information within 15 business days. Your opt-out preference will be applied to future data processing. It does not apply to information already shared prior to your request.
Under California law (CPRA), you have the right to direct us to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services. Sensitive personal information includes health and medical data, precise geolocation, contents of communications, and financial account information.
We collect sensitive personal information only as necessary to provide you with the clinical coordination and telehealth services you request. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond service delivery, security, and compliance.

Washington state residents have additional rights under the My Health My Data Act (MHMD) regarding consumer health data, including the right to access, delete, and withdraw consent for collection and sharing of consumer health data. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personal information as defined under NRS Chapter 603A by contacting legal@verumhealthmed.com.

Response timeframes are determined by applicable law. California requests are generally responded to within 45 days. Other state requests are responded to within the applicable statutory period, typically 45–60 days.
If we deny your rights request, you may appeal our decision by emailing legal@verumhealthmed.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal." Include a copy of our original denial and your reason for appeal. We will respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law.
