This policy explains how prescriptions are dispensed and shipped, expected timelines, where we can ship, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit. It supplements our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing ships without a valid prescription. Every order requires a consultation with a licensed physician, and shipment only occurs after a prescription has been issued and the order has been dispensed by our licensed pharmacy partner. We do not sell, ship, or dispense any product without physician authorization.
Compounded medications are prepared to order. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by pharmacy volume, compound availability, weather, and carrier delays. Orders are dispensed and shipped on business days only — weekends and federal holidays excluded.
Orders ship from our licensed pharmacy partner via FedEx.
Certain peptide protocols require refrigeration. These ship in insulated packaging with cold packs, timed to limit transit exposure. If your protocol requires refrigeration, refrigerate it promptly on arrival.
If a cold-chain shipment arrives warm, with fully melted cold packs, or with compromised packaging, do not use the product. Contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking is also available in your patient portal. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Standard shipping is included in your protocol pricing. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
We ship only within the United States, and only to states where our physicians are licensed and our pharmacy partner is authorized to dispense. State eligibility is verified during intake — residents of states where we are not licensed cannot receive services or prescriptions through this platform.
Current state availability is listed in the disclaimer at the bottom of every page, and is verified again during intake. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or package-forwarding addresses.
We ship to residential and business addresses. We cannot ship prescription medication to P.O. boxes when the carrier or compound requires signature or cold-chain handling.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and for ensuring someone can receive the package. Verify your address before your order is dispensed — once a prescription medication has shipped, it cannot be rerouted, returned, or redispensed. Reshipment to a corrected address requires a new prescription and a new charge.
If your shipment is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or arrives with a broken cold chain, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery to info@verumhealthmed.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms.
Refills are not automatic and are never billed on a recurring basis. A follow-up physician check-in is required before continuation is authorized, and your physician may adjust your protocol based on outcome review. A reorder notification is sent approximately 10 days before your current protocol completes. Reorders are managed through your patient portal.
We respond to all inquiries within one business day.
