This policy explains when an order may be cancelled, when a refund may be issued, and why certain charges are final. It applies to all consultations, protocols, and products purchased through verumhealthmed.com. It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
The consultation fee covers a licensed physician's review of your intake information and clinical history. This fee is non-refundable once the physician review has been initiated, because the clinical service has been performed at that point — regardless of whether a prescription is ultimately issued.
If a physician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, no prescription is issued and you are not charged for any product. The consultation fee still applies, as the clinical evaluation was completed.
If you pay a consultation fee and the physician review has not yet begun, contact us and we will refund it in full.
Orders that have not yet been dispensed by our pharmacy partner may be cancelled for a full refund of the product charges. Contact us at the earliest opportunity — dispensing typically begins within 1–2 business days of prescription issuance, so the window is short.
To cancel, email info@verumhealthmed.com or call the number below with your order number. We will confirm in writing whether the order was stopped in time.
Every protocol dispensed through Verum Health is a patient-specific prescription medication, compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy for you individually. Federal and state pharmacy law prohibits the resale or redispensing of prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy's control. Returned medication cannot be verified for temperature control, handling, or tampering, and must be destroyed.
For that reason, dispensed orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary business policy.
We will replace or refund an order at no cost to you if:
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery (or of expected delivery, for a lost shipment) to info@verumhealthmed.com. Photographs of the packaging and product help us resolve these quickly. Do not discard damaged product until we have confirmed how to proceed.
If your prescription cannot be filled — for example, a compound becomes unavailable, or a clinical or regulatory restriction applies — you receive a full refund of the product charges. We will notify you before charging you wherever possible.
If you believe you were charged twice, or charged in error, contact us. Verified duplicate and erroneous charges are refunded in full. We would rather you contact us than open a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process refunds within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
Charges from Verum Health appear on your statement as VERUM HEALTH.
Verum Health does not offer subscriptions, auto-renewal, or recurring billing of any kind. Every order is a one-time purchase. Refills are not automatic — they require a follow-up physician review and must be re-initiated by you each time. There is nothing to cancel, and you will never be charged on a recurring basis.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. We respond to every inquiry within one business day and can resolve most issues immediately. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution for everyone and may result in suspension of platform access while the dispute is investigated.
