What It Is
CJC-1295 5ML

Mechanism of Action

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) designed to stimulate endogenous growth hormone release. Its main target is the Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone Receptor on pituitary somatotroph cells. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist that stimulates GH release with minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin.

Used in combination, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin produce synergistic GH pulsatility through complementary mechanisms, supporting anabolic effects, body composition, and recovery. Individual outcomes may differ. This protocol is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Candidate Profile

Who It's Designed For

Your physician will determine eligibility based on your complete health intake. The following profiles are commonly associated with Performance Blend protocol candidates in clinical practice:

GH Optimization

Individuals with confirmed or suspected GH decline seeking physician-supervised secretagogue therapy.

Body Composition

Individuals pursuing physician-reviewed lean mass and fat metabolism support.

Recovery & Sleep

High-output individuals seeking GH-mediated recovery and sleep architecture support.

Longevity Protocol

Individuals with existing longevity protocols adding physician-reviewed GH secretagogue therapy.

Determine your candidacy

A physician will review your intake and make eligibility determination within 24–48 hours.

Outcomes & Timeline

What the Clinical Literature Indicates

All outcome language below reflects what has been observed in clinical and preclinical settings. Individual outcomes may differ significantly. These are not guarantees.

Weeks 1–4
Initial GH pulsatility normalization. Sleep quality and recovery may improve early. Individual outcomes may differ.
Weeks 4–12
Progressive improvements in body composition and recovery may be observed. IGF-1 levels typically rise. Results vary.
Weeks 12–24
Sustained GH optimization with continued administration under physician supervision. Physician will evaluate continuation.
